- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers marketing and purchasing their property at the right price
- Must see and determine clients’ needs and financial capacity and abilities to be able to propose solutions that best suit them
- Estimate properties value and perform comparative market analysis
- Consult clients on market condition prices, mortgages, prices, ensure an honest and legal transaction
- Prepare necessary paper works such as leases, deeds, contracts, closing statements etc.
- Update and maintain a listing of available properties
- Communicate and cooperate with contractors, attorneys on legal matters and mortgage lenders
- Promote sales through advertisement, listing services, social media, and open houses
- Arrange meetings with buyers and sellers when there is a need for negotiation

- Visit and assess properties before showing them to the client
